Check It Out: The Wooster Collective


If you're a person who sees graffiti as art, you'll definitely love The Wooster Collective. Founded in 2001, The Wooster Collective dedicates itself to showcasing street art in cities around the world. There site has a frequently updated blog, links to artists, podcasts, and many other goodies. Anyway, here is the definition of their name:
woo·ster (noun)
A street in the Soho section of New York City

col·lec·tive (noun)
Of, relating to, characteristic of, or made by a number of people acting as a group: a collective decision.
The site offers a variety of images. Some pieces are better than others; however, this is a totally subjective comment. But if you really like street are this is the perfect place to gather and pick up some graffiti knowledge, such as its jargon.
